About This Work

Therapy that is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in understanding what shapes you.

A Thoughtful, Integrative Approach

I take a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy, shaped by the belief that meaningful change comes from understanding what’s underneath, not just what is happening, but why.

My work is integrative and grounded in attachment-based, emotionally focused, relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches. I also offer EMDR when clinically appropriate as part of a broader, individualized process.

Rather than applying a single framework, I pay attention to the full context of your life: your history, relationships, identity, environment, nervous system, and the larger systems you move through. Together, we follow the thread of what repeats, what feels stuck, and what may have once helped you survive but now feels limiting.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Therapy with me is collaborative, non-judgmental, grounded, and paced with care. I aim to create a space where you can be honest, unfiltered, and fully yourself, without needing to perform, minimize, or make your experience more acceptable.

This work is warm and supportive, and it can also be gently challenging in ways the support meaningful change. We may slow down, notice patterns as they happen, explore emotional and body-based responses, and create room for new ways of relating to yourself, others, and your life. I aim to move at a pace that feels sustainable and safe enough for deeper work.

This is a space for authenticity, reflection, and depth. A place where things can be explored at a pace that feels manageable, while still allowing for meaningful movement over time.

Who I Work With

I work with adults navigating trauma, relationship patterns, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, aging-related concerns, and life transitions.

You may have insight into what you’re carrying, or you may simply know that something feels stuck, heavy, or hard to shift. Therapy can offer space to begin making sense of that at a pace that feels manageable.

About me

I’m a therapist who values depth, authenticity, and the complexity of being human. My work is shaped by a belief that people make sense in context, and that healing often begins when we can understand our patterns with more honesty, compassion, and curiosity.

I bring warmth, steadiness, and a willingness to offer perspective into the therapy room. I care about creating a space that feels human and real, where there is room for grief, humor, contradiction, uncertainty, and change.

I am a Professional Associate Counselor in Oregon and practice under the supervision of Bryce Taylor, LPC.

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m often spending time with my dog, Echo, getting outside when I can, camping, traveling, or enjoying good food. I’m drawn to the outdoors for many of the same reasons I value this work: space, perspective, and the chance to slow down enough to notice what’s here.
